We are an independent, fundamental Baptist church located on the Hollywood Seminole Reservation, in Hollywood, Florida.

We invite you to come experience a loving community where the gospel is preached, faith grows, and lives are transformed. We love to sing the beautiful soul-stirring hymns that offer praise to our all mighty God!

We use the good ol' King James Bible to teach informative lessons and preach powerful gospel messages! Join us in worship, fellowship, and service to our neighbors. Everyone is welcome!

Service

Chickee Baptist Church services are designed to engage our members and guests with a well-organized and traditional church service. We seek to connect people to our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ in heartfelt and sincere outreach. We desire to be a help to those needing spiritual guidance and point them to Jesus who can be an anchor for their soul in this dark and wicked world. We believe the gospel is the one thing offered to everyone that will touch lives and make a difference. Everyone is welcome to join us to worship!

Worship

Join us for uplifting worship services, where we come together to celebrate our Lord and Saviour. You'll be able to sing praises to Him through powerful and uplifting traditional hymns, enjoy God-honoring special music and draw closer to God through the preaching of God's Word. Come encounter His presence in powerful ways as we meet each Sunday and Wednesday.

Fellowship

Come and connect with others through various ministries at Chickee Baptist. We have our Ladies Bible Study which meets monthly for bible study, food and fellowship.
We also have our Chickee Baptist Youth Group for those in 7th through 12th grades that have monthly teen events and also travel to other local Baptist churches for youth rallies and conferences. The youth group is a great way to come and have good clean fun and learn about God!
Come and join us as our church will have certain days for special potluck dinners. You can enjoy some great food and fellowship designed to build relationships and deepen our connection to one another. There’s a place for everyone in our community at Chickee Baptist!

At this church, we strive to be a beacon of hope and a nurturing community for all. Our mission is to share the love and gospel of Christ and serve our local and global communities through meaningful worship.

Chickee Baptist Church of Hollywood has been serving our Lord since 1984. We believe our commission comes from God, His Word is our guide and time is a gift. We work day by day to glorify God in our lives and in the church.

Everyone is welcome here. While we stand firmly upon biblical principles, we are equally committed to compassion and care in serving our fellow man. Chickee Baptist Church is a hospital for sinners, a place of rest for the weary and at the same time a barracks for training soldiers of the Cross!

If you need someone who truly cares, some time to regroup and get things together, or want to enlist in God’s army, this is the place for you.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple. To collectively and individually to promote the glory of God and mankind’s fellowship with God by promoting the spread of the Gospel according to the Great Commission, which Jesus gave to His church. (Matt. 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:44-48; John 20:21; Acts 1:8)
We seek to encourage the proclaiming of the Gospel to every individual and the acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Savior by those not yet saved. (1 Cor. 15:1-7) We desire to teach those who have been led into saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ to observe His teachings, to follow Him in scriptural baptism, uniting them with the local church, and to consecrate them to His service. (Matt. 28:18-20)
